Install instructions

If the web version doesn't run well, try one of the downloads instead. To run one of those downloads, download and unzip the archive and launch the "running-out-of-control.exe" executable. ("running-out-of-control.pck" needs to be in the same directory.)

Note: The Mac and Linux builds are untested. Let me know if they don't work.
